- Named in honor of the owner’s beloved mother, this unique spot has sleek, “industrial chic-meets-Art Deco glam” design vibes (think Edison lighting, exposed ductwork, glossy concrete flooring, jewel-toned palettes), and a great location just fifteen minutes south of Portland.
- Two bright, airy spaces—the Venue Room and the High Dive Bar—are connected by retractable glass garage-style doors. They can be rented separately or as one, and the Venue Room also boasts an adjacent lighted patio that adds still more flexibility to your event flow.
- Bar and food menus are artfully curated by the team at La Industria, Saint Irene’s sister restaurant. Focusing on creative craft cocktails, local beer and wine, and dishes with Pacific Northwest flair, they’re open to all your ideas and happy to customize based on your needs and vision.

The Space Fee includes:
- Use of the High Dive, Venue Room, and adjacent patio
- 1-hour rehearsal prior to your event
- Mobile chevron print bar, white chevron wall, and two statement white canvas accent walls
- Sonos surround sound, microphones, and projector & screen
- Tables, chairs, linens, assorted napkin colors, glass vases, candleholders, and candles
- On-site venue coordinator

Staffing starts at $25/hour plus setup & teardown time (varies depending on size and logistics of each event)
Food & Beverage Minimum
- $1,500–2,500/event

There is a $1,500–2,500 minimum spend, excluding the 20% gratuity; the Space Fee, food & beverage, and staffing all go toward the minimum spend requirement.
