90 Day Out Weekend Bundle Day
Clients may bundle a Friday or Sunday date for a special rate of $1,500 (in addition to the Saturday rental fee), if available 90 days prior to the client's booked Saturday event.
30 Day Out Weekend Bundle
Book a weekend event less than 30 days out and receive a 50% discount on rental fees. This applies to Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays booked within 30 days of the event day.
14 Day Out Hourly Add-on
If the day prior to the booked date is still open 14 days prior to the event, the client may add on any four hours for a special rate of $500.
Elopement
$1,500 | Includes an indoor elopement for up to 50 guests 9am–11pm on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Only available December–March.
